Chippewa Moraine Chapter
The Chippewa Moraine Chapter officially formed in 1988 and sponsors hikes, work outings and presentations on glacial geology. The chapter maintains a close relationship with the Chippewa Moraine Reserve, where many events take place, like the annual Parade of Colors hike.
The chapter’s web site features a wealth of information, including news items, an archive of chapter newsletters, information for hikers (including segment maps), and information for members and volunteers. There is also information about the trail related merchandise that the chapter offers for sale at the Chippewa Moraine Ice Age Center.
Follow the chapter on Twitter. The chapter sends out short announcements and event updates periodically, trail condition announcements, and updates on new posts on the chapter web site.
Check out our chapter’s newsletters: Trail Dispatch.
