Chippewa Moraine Trail Improvement Day

September 16 @ 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Continuing with erosion control and repair along with vegetative management are the featured attractions at the September Trail Improvement Day. We will continue with our trail repair work begun in September, and improve walkability by tackling encroaching vegetation. Other general maintenance will fill in our schedule for the morning.

Meet at the Obey Interpretive Center at the Chippewa Moraine Ice Age Reserve near New Auburn at 8:30 AM, and we’ll head out to our work locations. Wear long sleeves and pants, sturdy work shoes, be prepared for mosquitos, and bring work gloves, water, and a snack. Refreshments will be available at the conclusion.

Please confirm your intent to attend the workday so we can plan for you and make your time worthwhile and productive by registering. REGISTER.
