Liebetrau Prairie is most distinguished by its highland restored prairies and distant views, including Blue Mounds, but there’s also a southeast wooded corner where trail construction techniques are needed.  We will finish our July 30 trail building there as part of our efforts to put this beautiful property on the map after years of dedicated efforts to remove old fence rows and plant farm fields to native forbs and grasses.  Park off pavement along Pine Road (Liebetrau map/directions.)
