Fall is a luscious time on the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Experience the legendary beauty of the Table Bluff Segment with its restored prairie and oak savannah. You’ll exhale a stressful week as you absorb the breath-taking, 360 views well above the valley floor below.
Be Prepared. There’ll be a few climbs, including the one from the parking area up to the ridge where we’ll kick off the festivities. Bring a blanket or a camp chair and your favorite bug spray (you may not need it, but we make no promises).
Be Hungry. Satisfy the appetite you’ll work up hiking with a savory meal. Executive sous chef, Jamie Hoang of Sujeo, will craft the farm-to-table dinner. Fall produce sourced from Vermont Valley Community Farm will be artfully paired with pork and chicken from StoneHaus Farm. (Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will also be available.)
