As women, our gender conditioning trains us to discount our own experience, give away our power to others, strive to be pleasing and perfect, and depend on others for validation and approval. A recipe for unhappiness, breeding self-doubt, anxiety, and depression.
Be Awake. Pay attention to the vivid colors of spring, the textures of trees, grass, and trail.
Breathe. Expand. Relax. Be who you are at the core of your being.
Led by Lysianne Unruh, IATA staff member and life coach with Time to Thrive Coaching, you’ll hike up hills, through budding woods, across prairie with early spring flowers, and have time to reflect and journal next to sparkling Indian Lake.
Women ages 10 to 110 (mother-daughter duos welcome).
Limit 35 women and girls
