It’s the start of the busy holiday season. Take time to get grounded and centered and connected to what is truly important to you. No need to rush or compare. Let your holidays reflect you and your values.
Winter hiking can keep you connected to the simple things in life: health and vigor; home and tribe. Bring your mothers and daughters and friends! Introduce them to the wonders of being outdoors during any season!
Be Convivial. Take pleasure in freshly brewed coffee, a community of hikers, and a frosty, morning hike on the Ice Age Trail. Follow it with a cozy lunch spent with new and old friends at Sugar River Pizza.
