Be Rejuvenated. Breathe in the beautiful view and exhale stress. Recharge with a guided hike and a sea of green along the Kewaskum Segment. Photo by Kathy Kehl.
Be Equal. Women, who spend at least an hour a day outside, on average, are more likely to feel equal to men in academia, in the outdoors, at work, in the boardroom, politics and on the sports field.

Be Intentional. Invite your daughter, niece, sister, or friend on a rejuvenating hike on the Kewaskum Segment of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail and bask in the spectacular views of the Otten Preserve and the surrounding area. Photo by James Mills.
Be Enough. Research shows by the time a young girl reaches the age of 15, her interest in math and science declines. Her focus shifts from deepening her natural abilities to caring more about meeting societal standards for women’s behavior and appearance.

Fun fact: more than any other woman or female celebrity, women cite their mother as their top woman role model (even when she’s acting like she wants nothing to do with you).
Follow this 2-mile hike with a body-positive yoga session. Led by Felicita Holtzman of Blue Luna Yoga & Wellness, yoga on the Ice Age Trail will give you a new non-judgmental experience of yourself, in a level-the-playing-field, be-enough, kind-of-way.

Be Quality Time. You and your tribe – daughter, mother, sister, friend – outdoors, hiking, and yoga. Kewaskum Segment. Photo by Kathy Kehl.
