Chippewa Moraine Family Snowshoe Hike

Explore the Ice Age landscape at a family snowshoe hike at the Chippewa Moraine State Recreation Area near New Auburn on Saturday, February 24 from 1 to 2:30 PM. Meet at the Obey Interpretive Center for the hike on the Ice Age Trail and rarely-visited backcountry areas. After your hike enjoy a bonfire and refreshments.
Bring your own snowshoes or you can borrow a pair at the event. Leaders will guide explorers on either a short route for younger adventurers or a longer route for more seasoned explorers.
