Dane County Chapter Annual Meeting, Election, Potluck

January 27 @ 5:15 pm - 8:30 pm

As we have done for the last 10 years, we will hold our annual meeting and election on the last Sunday of January, unhindered by pro football playoffs and most other similar distractions.  Potluck setup begins at 5:15 pm, dinner at 5:45 and business meeting follows.

Our Main agenda items are election of officers and approval of a chapter budget for 2019.

Nominating committee candidates are Anne Helsley-Marchbanks as coordinator, James Luebke as co-coordinator, Tess Mulrooney as secretary and Michele Amacher to continue as treasurer.  The officers are the chapter’s executive committee.  Helsley and Mulrooney also are immediate past members of the executive committee, but held different posts.  Additional nominees may be advanced at the meeting, provided that any nominee is a chapter member and willing to serve in the named capacity.

Contact [email protected] for advance info on proposed budget.

Other business will include a review of 2018 activities and a look forward to 2019 plans by trails and stewardship committee chairs.  Lastly will be a presentation from the new NPS IATA superintendent (assuming NPS is functioning after the government shutdown).
