The Blaser Prairie is crossed by the IAT after it climbs out of the woods en route from Hwy DD to Young’s Prairie.  We will remove invasive brush and weed trees from the prairie edge.  There will be plenty of work for trained sawyers with proper PPE, for swampers to haul and pile the slash, and others to spray stumps with herbicide.  With snow cover, we will burn some piles and enjoy a hot lunch.  Meet at the Hwy D trail crossing (map/directions).   If conditions allow, we may use a vehicle to haul gear closer to the work site.
