We will continue removing brush and weed trees from the strip of woods south of the planted prairie  west of the Coyle Rd parking area.  We hope to have snow cover so we can safely burn the piles we made during fall workdays in 2016 and 2017, and of course we’ll add to them.  There will be lots of work for trained and properly equipped chain sawyers, as well as work for swampers and pilers.  Wear old clothes to work around burning piles and bring something to cook on a stick for lunch.  We may get far enough west to work around part of the new trail built last fall, but you can check it out even if we don’t.
