Celebrate National Trails Day and Free Fun Weekend at Pike Lake unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest.  Park fees are waived all weekend.  Join us for a 2 or 5 mile hike in the hummocky terrain of the glacial moraine.  The 5 mile hike will include the now open Powder Hill tower which offers panoramic views of the countryside.

Location:  meet at Ice Age Trail sign by the beach parking lot entrance

What to bring: Sunscreen, water, bug spray, comfortable hiking boots/footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.

Watch for yellow “Ice Age Trail Event” signs.
