Hiking the Ice Age Trail Presentation – Delafield Public Library

Join the Ice Age Trail Alliance in-person at the Delafield Public Library for this introductory presentation to the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Be inspired for adventures on the Trail! The Ice Age National Scenic Trail is a 1,200 mile long footpath found entirely within the state of Wisconsin. Learn tips and tricks for day hiking and backpacking, along with plenty of resources to get you started. You’ll leave with maps and information suited to scratch that hiking itch.

RSVP is required. Online registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of the event, but you may call the library or email the organizer (Jen Bremer, jbremer@delafieldlibrary.org) on the day of an event to make a late reservation.

 

Delafield is a Ice Age Trail Community, a program designed as a symbiotic relationship between the Ice Age Trail Alliance (IATA) and communities near the Trail which enhances awareness of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail and improves the quality of life in communities throughout Wisconsin.
