The Hike

We will travel across ridges and swales in forested areas and across sand dunes. Much of the hike is along the sandy shore of Lake Michigan.

Event Details

The hike will head south for 3.5 miles and return for 7.0 miles round trip. It will take about 3 hours. We will be hiking along the beach and crossing a stream; expect to get wet feet. Dogs on a leash are welcome. A shuttle can be provided for those who want to hike in only one direction.
