The Washington/Ozaukee Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance, Inc. will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, January 9, 2016 in the JoAnn Mann Lodge at Camp Silverbrook. Enter the camp at Decorah Road and University Drive in West Bend and follow the yellow signs.

The event kicks off at noon with a potluck chili lunch followed by the program. If you like, bring your favorite pot of chili, a side dish, or dessert.

Our program features two thousand mile hikers, Natalie Dorrier and Dan Rambo. Natalie through hiked the trail in two months in 2014. She will share the challenges met and insights gained as a female hiker.

Dan, a longtime IATA volunteer and certified MSC crew leader, completed seven years of section hiking in 2014. Known statewide as the MSC’s morning stretch leader and a raconteur extraordinaire, he will present the humorous side of hiking the IAT.

The business meeting will follow the program. We expect IATA staff to join us to provide statewide updates. We will review 2015, discuss plans for 2016, and elect officers.
