Waukesha/Milwaukee Chapter Tyke Hike
January 20, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Free Come explore Wisconsin’s own Ice Age National Scenic Trail on a leisurely Tyke hike of the Lowe Lake segment. Please come “get lost in the right direction” with us!
Tyke Hikes are slower-paced, family-friendly hikes focused on exploration, discovery, service opportunities and natural play. They last approximately 1-2 hours and can cover up to 1.5 miles. Tyke Hikes are led by Peter Dargatz, a forest kindergarten teacher and Ice Age Trail volunteer. Most hikes include a picture book story and information about the Ice Age Trail.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes/hiking boots. Water is recommended.
