Give Back: Become an Ice Age Trail Volunteer!

You’ve been hiking the Ice Age National Scenic Trail and trails and parks as a whole, across the country. Learn how you can take your love of hiking and give back to Mother Nature.

Become an Ice Age Trail Volunteer.

Join us for a Special Presentation, with Daniel Watson, Volunteer Coordinator for the National Park Service’s Ice Age National Scenic Trail.

Dan’s impressive background working for the National Park Service, for 38 years, as both a seasonal Ranger and permanent employee, will grasp onto your curiosity. Much of his career has been as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. His duty posts have not only included, Wisconsin’s Ice Age National Scenic Trail but also, scenic trails, recreational areas and historical sites across the country.

As the current, Volunteer Coordinator, he will share history of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, the importance of volunteering on a state and national level and the value of its volunteers. That’s not all! Dan will take us on an inspiring journey fighting wildfires and saving the Great Outdoors.
