Enjoy a satisfying sense of accomplishment cutting back hedge parsley, berry bushes& other invasive Plants Meet at the Hwy 12 kiosk 5 miles east of Whitewater for trail maintenance: Bring water & Gloves . Note that a current state park pass is required to park a car at the Hwy 12 meeting place

Dane County Chapter – Savanna Restoration

No facilities on site. Tools provided, no experience needed.  Dress for the weather, sturdy footwear, sun/bug protection, leather gloves, long sleeves/pants.  Bring water; lunch if staying into the afternoon.  RSVP is nice so enough equipment is brought to the project. Loppers and brush cutters are the likely tools.
