Job Descriptions

We will be hiring a crew of five individuals, a mix of Crew Leaders and Crew Members.

Crew Leader

Ice Age Trail Alliance, Ice Age National Scenic Trail, Seasonal Trail Crew

The Crew Leader will lead and mentor a crew of 3-4 young adults during a 40-hour work week to perform trail maintenance projects in remote areas along the Ice Age Trail. The Seasonal Trail Crew will use hand tools and other equipment to complete projects. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: trail maintenance and construction; mowing, brush clearing, boardwalk staging and repair.

The Seasonal Trail Crew will participate in Mobile Skills Crew events.

Crew Member

Ice Age Trail Alliance, Ice Age National Scenic Trail, Seasonal Trail Crew

Ice Age Trail Crew Members will contribute to trail construction and maintenance projects in remote areas along the Ice Age Trail. Members will work and camp for the duration of the 40-hour work week. Members will use hand tools and other equipment to complete projects. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: trail maintenance and construction; mowing, brush clearing, boardwalk staging and repair.

The Seasonal Trail Crew will participate in Mobile Skills Crew events.
