Hike the Trail and Tour the Town!

Join us for the Whitewater 4th of July Festival, the largest 4th of July festival in Southeastern Wisconsin! There’s something for the whole family to enjoy with carnival rides and games, food, live music, a car show, the Miss Whitewater Pageant and much more.

Enjoy live music, children’s activities, special sales at local businesses and a sidewalk sale at Maxwell Street Days. Pick up a brat or a hot dog from the Brat and Buck sale and receive one chamber buck to use elsewhere!

The Whitewater Main Street Festival is an annual celebration of the Arts created through a partnership between multiple organizations and businesses. This event takes place in the Historic Downtown and features live music, children’s activities, a sidewalk sale, street painting, gallery shows and more.

In October, take a guided tour of Whitewater’s spookiest landmarks and enjoy craft beer and appetizers on the Spirit Tour.

Join us for the Parade of Lights in December as the community comes together to kick off the holiday season.

Enjoy live music, kid’s activities, local produce and craft vendors, and food trucks at the Whitewater City Market. The Market runs from May-October on Tuesdays from 4-7 PM at the Historic Train Depot on Whitewater Street.

The Whitewater Farmers Market takes place in the Winchester True Value parking lots on Saturdays at 8 AM- Noon from May-November. Stop by for fresh local produce, baked goods, honey, plants, crafts, preserves and more.

And don’t forget to visit the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, the first Ice Age Trail Campus. There are events happening year round, so check out their calendar to see what’s going on during your stay!
