The Ice Age Trail is one of only 11 National Scenic Trails in the country,  a 1,200 mile footpath found entirely within the state of Wisconsin. It traverses through some of the state’s most beautiful natural areas and winds through 30 counties on state, federal, county and private lands. More than 2.3 million people use the Ice Age Trail each year to walk, hike, saunter, snowshoe, and backpack!
