Please join in a monthly hike on the Ice Age Trail in Hartland! Hartland Hikes are led by
Jeff Romagna in cooperation with the Hartland Parks and Recreation Department.

Hartland has been designated as an official Ice Age Trail community. A 4.7 mile segment of the trail runs through the village, including highlights such as the Aldo Leopold Overlook, Cottonwood Wayside, the John Muir Overlook and Maple Wayside. The segment also travels through several  parks: Penbrook Park, Nixon Park, Bark River Park, Hartbrook Park, and Centennial Park.

Hikers should dress appropriately for the weather and wear shoes/boots appropriate to trail conditions. Water is recommended.
