Twilight Trail Hike – Hartland Ice Age Marsh
This year, the Twilight Trail Hikes series take place on the last Tuesday of the month, April through September. No need to sign up, just show up!
Hike:
This out-and-back hike starts at the Hartland Ice Age Marsh, a white-blazed, loop trail of the IAT. We may also hike north into the Waukesha Land Conservancy property. We’ll be looking for the spring ephemeral wildflower shooting star, which should be in full bloom!
Details:
This hike will be approximately 3 miles long. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather and bring water. Mosquito repellent may be necessary. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed and cleaned up after. Please bring water for your dogs as well. Beth Bechtel will be leading this hike.
Location:
The Hartland Ice Age Marsh is located next to the Cottonwood Wayside parking lot. Look for the IAT event sign as you approach this hike event.
