This is both our most important business meeting and main social event, beginning with a potluck meal at 6 pm.  Doors open at 5:30 to allow for setup. Eating utensils are available at the site, but we’ll need some volunteers to wash and dry dishes afterwards.  Park along Jovina Street and use that entrance.

The main business items are electing officers for 2018,  reviewing and approving the 2018 budget, and briefly reviewing our 2017 accomplishments and 2018 plans.

Officer candidates proposed by the nominating committee are incumbents Tess Mulrooney as coordinator and Anne Helsley-Marchbanks as co-coordinator, and newcomers Mark Graczykowski as secretary and Michelle Amacker as treasurer.   Other willing candidates may be proposed from the floor.

The meeting will conclude with an informational presentation.
